We are on a mission to fuel belonging, resilience, and wellbeing in trans and nonbinary young people through our nationwide mentoring community. We envision a joyful future where all trans and nonbinary young people live with ease – empowered, celebrated, and unapologetically themselves.
The Sam & Devorah Foundation for Trans Youth received programmatic funding for their Trans Mentor Project, an arts-focused, evidence-based virtual program that provides transgender and nonbinary young people nationwide with trained adult mentors who share their identities, along with a diverse, intergenerational community that uses art to cultivate a sense of belonging, resilience, well-being, and positive development.
